Warner Bros.' upcoming feature starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor has been officially titled Flowervale Street and is scheduled for release on May 16, 2025. Directed by David Robert Mitchell, the film will be presented in Imax format. Joining Hathaway and McGregor in the cast are Maisy Stella and Christian Convery, although specific plot details are being kept under wraps for now.

Flowervale Street is a collaboration between Warner Bros. and Bad Robot, with Mitchell, J.J. Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Matt Jackson, and Tommy Harper serving as producers. Mitchell, known for his work on It Follows (2014) and Under the Silver Lake (2018), is set to bring his unique vision to this new project.

In other news, Hathaway will be starring alongside Nicholas Galitzine in The Idea of You, directed by Michael Showalter. The film, based on the novel by Robinne Lee, premiered at SXSW and is set to be released on Prime Video on May 2. Additionally, Hathaway will be seen in Mothers' Instinct, a thriller directed by Benoît Delhomme, where she stars alongside Jessica Chastain.

On the other hand, McGregor has been busy with his recent projects, including the historical drama series A Gentleman in Moscow, where he stars alongside his real-life wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead. The series began streaming on Paramount+ recently. McGregor also appeared in Bleeding Love, a drama feature that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2023 and hit theaters last month, co-starring with his daughter Clara McGregor.

Lastly, Mitchell and Maika Monroe are reuniting for They Follow, a sequel to the horror hit It Follows. Neon presented the project to buyers at AFM, generating anticipation among fans of the original film.
