Ann Drummond named as woman who died after being found inside burning car near Bathgate

The woman who died after being found inside a burning car near Bathgate has been named by police.

Ann Drummond (47) passed away in hospital on Thursday after suffering significant burn injuries.

Police say that her death is being treated as suspicious.

Ann, who was from Livingston, was found alongside a 47-year-old man inside a vehicle, near to Drumcross Farm, on Tuesday evening.

He suffered significant injuries and remains in a serious condition in hospital.

Police say inquiries into the matter are ongoing.
