Ana de Armas has spoken about Tom Cruise for the first time since romance rumours started swirling about the Hollywood duo.
The Knives Out star, 37, and Mission Impossible actor, 62, took a private helicopter ride to London earlier this month and were seen enjoying David Beckham’s 50th birthday party together.
Cruise then reportedly spent £4,000 to get Armas to Healthrow Airport in his helicopter so she could catch a flight to New York City.
Amid the growing dating speculation, Armas was asked about Cruise during an appearance on US morning show, Good Morning America, and revealed they are working on some film projects.
The actress was on the show to discuss joining the John Wick universe with her new film, Ballerina, opposite Keanu Reeves.
Host Michael Strahan teased: “And I hear you’re working with another big star, he’s a stunt master himself, Tom Cruise, on another project that’s gonna lead you to do some other crazy stunts?”

Armas burst out laughing and asked: “What do you think?”
Strahan joked: “You didn’t get enough with Ballerina? You’re asking for more?”
Discussing the world of action films, Armas replied: “It’s so much fun.
“We’re definitely working on a lot of things, not just one, but a few projects, with [directors] Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie. And I’m so excited.”
Liman is a filmmaker who has worked with Cruise on 2014’s Edge of Tomorrow and American Made in 2017, while McQuarrie has collaborated with the actor on the Mission: Impossible franchise.
Armas and Cruise sparked dating rumours when they were seen on a night out in Soho, London, in February.

A source told People at the time that they were at dinner with their agents to “discuss potential collaborations down the line”.
The Cuban-Spanish actress has made no secret of her admiration for the Top Gun star and previously told USA Today how she hoped to master the skill of doing her own stunts like him.
Last month, Victoria Beckham appeared to confirm the dating gossip while sharing a photo of her husband David Beckham with Cruise - in which Armas could be seen laughing in the background.
The football legend threw a star-studded bash to celebrate his milestone day in London after earlier festivities at his mansion in the Cotswolds and a whirlwind trip to France.
