Tallahassee, Florida — Budget Friendly Sunshine Living

Tallahassee tops many retirement lists because retirees can live comfortably on well under $2,000 per month, with Retirement Living finding that estimated costs are around $1,248 per month for homeowners and under $1,000 for renters. Wichita, Kansas — Heartland Affordability

Wichita appears on many lists of cities where a $2,000 monthly budget can go far.
