AnAmazon employee has shared the reality of working at the worlds biggest e-commerce warehouse.
With millions of orders a day, it is no surprise that its thousands of workers are often rushed off their feet.
The TikToker, who goes by the name @latequileralashes on the platform, has shared the reality of gruelling 12 hour shifts on the days she is at work.
In a video posted on the popular social media site, she said she is "dead" before she even starts the day.
After getting up at 9.30pm, she brushes her teeth and puts on makeup.
She arrives at 10pm and jokes: "I always try and park away from everyone because I hate them all."
In the footage, she starts work at 11pm and places sealed boxes into yellow slots, which she says she does until 4am.
She adds: "It’s a 11 to 12 hour shift - but I usually VTO so I always go home early."
"My feet always end up hurting after this."
She continues: "Ignore everyone else and don’t tell people your business".
The woman then reveals that working at Amazon "isn't all that bad", telling future hopefuls to make "one or three friends".
She added: "Also if you’re a couple at Amazon, y’all be the reason it feels like high school."
She reveals that employees wait for packages till 4am, before finally getting a lunch break.
Social media users took to the comments section to praise her for doing the job.
One user said: "Girl, all this is true lol. I work at a delivery centre."
"Girl honestly I don’t know you but I’m proud of you! I could never work overnight I wouldn’t sleep at all during the day idk how you do it!" added another.
