Amazing video shows Liverpool owners stunned by Champions League parade crowds

Liverpool owners John W Henry and chairman Tom Werner have been soaking up the party atmosphere on their side's open top bus parade of the city.

The pair joined the Reds' first-team squad for their celebratory Champions League parade after flying back with the team from Madrid on Sunday morning.

And judging by the video above, they could hardly believe their eyes when looking out at the huge crowds lining the city's streets.

Henry and Werner were in the stands for the clash at Atletico Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, with goals in either half from Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi doing the damage for Jurgen Klopp's side.

The victory saw the Reds claim their sixth European Cup, with Klopp claiming his first trophy as Reds boss since being appointed by Fenway Sports Group - the company owned by the pair - in October 2015.

Henry was joined on the bus by his wife, Linda Pizzuti Henry, who, going by recent social media posts, was loving the party atmosphere created by Reds supporters in the Spanish city over the weekend.

Liverpool's Champions League parade started at 4pm and is making its way to The Strand on the waterfront where it will finish later tonight.
