Amanda Holden looked sensational in tiny shorts for her bike ride.
The Britain's Got Talent star showed she was maintaining her style while she was exercising in her latest Instagram offering on Saturday.
And the Heart Radio presenter, 49, has been keeping up with her daily workouts as she shared a snap of herself riding an electric bicycle during her hour-long outing.
Amanda accentuated her best features while she posed in a Coca-Cola tank top and red shorts for the sun-drizzled shot.
Her look was rounded off with a pair of reflective sunglasses which sheltered her eyes in the gorgeous British sunshine.
Amanda treated her 1.4 million Instagram followers to the saucy snap.
She wrote: "As a family we've not let this lockdown stop us from exercising, it’s actually become an essential hour of our daily lives.
"Whether it’s a home workout, a bike ride, a run or even a walk around the park - working up a sweat is good for your mind, body and soul! #wecandoit."
Amanda has been keeping herself busy amid lockdown, participating in everything from cartwheel competitions to sunbathing and sipping wine in the sunshine.
She has been self isolating at home in the countryside of Surrey with her husband Chris Hughes as well as their two daughters Lexi, 14 and Hollie, eight.
Earlier in the week, the proud mother-of-two decided to kill some while recreating a viral TikTok with her two youngsters.
Eagle-eyed fans got a scare when they noticed Amanda's eldest daughter Lexi joining them in the dance performance from the roof.
In unison, the three ladies all start to dance while their pet dog Rudie curiously looks on wondering what is it that's happening.
In the short clip, Amanda shared a rare glimpse of her spacious and pristine garden, and her aesthetically pleasing home.
Knowing that Lexi's decision to dance from the rooftops would make a splash on social media, Amanda took it in to her own hands to explain that the roof was much more secure than it looks.
Alongside the video, she reassured: "This is how we ended another day of home schooling… with PE!
"According to my daughter Lexi (on the roof), this has gone viral on TikTok, but I’m yet to get onboard officially!
"NB: the roof is structurally sound and 8 foot wide before anyone writes on the back of a postcard."
