Amanda Holden has revealed that she's more in love with her husband now than she ever has been.
The Heart Radio presenter, 49, is throughly enjoying her time in lockdown in the flourishing countryside of Surrey with her two daughters, Lexi, 14 and Hollie, 8 and her beloved hubby Chris Hughes.
Opening up about her experience being housebound with her family for such a long time, Amanda insisted that the coronavirus pandemic has made her realise what is most important in her life - and that's her husband and kids.
She told Heart co-host Jamie Theakston: "I've never been so appreciative of everything that I'm so lucky to have.
"I couldn't love my husband anymore if I tried. We've never got on so well and it's made me love and appreciate him even more than I already did.
Amanda added that the unexpected crisis has tested everyone in one way or another, but it has truly made her realise how grateful she should be for the love she has in her life.
"I'm so lucky to have two wonderful daughters. It's truly made me appreciate everything and be grateful for the little things in life that I've realised are actually the big things.
"I'm in 'lockdown love, I can't deny it" she giggled.
Amanda has kept busy during quarantine by participating in everything from cartwheel competitions with youngest daughter Hollie, to nailing viral TikTok videos and to sunbathing and sipping wine in the sunshine.
Yesterday, Amanda got tongues wagging as she shared what herself and Chris have been getting up to to keep their spirits high.
The gorgeous 49-year-old stunned Heart listeners when she revealed that she stripped off "butt naked" to jump on her daughter's trampoline after her husband dared her to.
Not one to turn down a challenge, the proud mum of Lexi, 14, and Hollie, 8, told Heart co-host Jamie Theakston that she tore off her bikini and legged it to the trampoline when her cheeky husband Chris Hughes put her up to the dare.
She explained: "I probably wouldn't have done it if it wasn't a dare let me tell you.
"But my hubby dared me to strip off butt naked and jump on the trampoline in our garden.
"I was already wearing a bikini in the garden and he dared me to strip off, so I did. And I Jumped on my child's trampoline totally naked.
She continued: "Do you know what? It was totally liberating, and so much fun. I would encourage anyone at home to strip off and have a cheeky bounce".
