Almost 1,000 Victorians refuse COVID-19 test but Andrews doesn't want to force them

Victoria recorded a further 64 positive coronavirus cases and Premier Daniel Andrews reimposed lockdowns in 10 post codes, which will come into effect at 11.59pm on Wednesday.

Mr Andrews said when Victorians get a knock at their door and are asked to have a coronavirus test, he wanted the answer to be "yes".
