Allan McGregor in SPFL jibe as Rangers goalkeeper mocks Dundee flip-flop

Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor has taken a pop at the SPFL over their voting structure.

The veteran stopper isn't afraid of letting his feelings known - just ask any defender he's played with or referees in Scotland.

And when RangersTV posted a link to a quiz he did behind the scenes at the club, he was willing to let people know what he thinks of the recent SPFL debacle surrounding the season finishing early and league reconstruction.

The short teaser clip released with the link shows McGregor getting frustrated at the questions being asked because they are from early on in his career.

And in response to the tweet, he said: “Can I change my vote, sorry my answers please to the ones I got wrong? I know I only get 1 answer, I know you need to accept my first answer, but surely we can do something to reconstruct the quiz so I get the correct vote, sorry I mean answers?”

To make sure everyone knew what he was getting at, the former Scotland No. 1 also added in a winking face emoji just to make it an even more thinly-veiled dig.

Rangers as a club aren't happy with how the SPFL vote went last week when Dundee were able to change their vote from no to yes after the initial ballot results were released.

The club had put forward their own proposal which was rejected by the SPFL and this led to a war of words between the two organisations, with Ibrox chairman Douglas Park calling for SPFL chief Neil Doncaster and legal adviser Rod MacKenzie to be suspended.
