All teams qualified for VALORANT Champions 2025

All the VCT regional Stage 2 qualifiers have concluded, and 16 teams in total will fly to Paris this month to compete in VALORANT Champions.

VALORANT Champions 2025 marks the pinnacle of the VCT competitive year, with the world’s best teams going head-to-head. Each team proceeding has fought through regionals, showing consistency, grit, and championship-level play throughout a grueling season.

Here’s a complete rundown of all the teams qualified for VCT Champions 2025.

All VALORANT Champions 2025 qualified teams

Four teams from four regions have qualified for the VALORANT Champions in Paris. While some had to make their way through Stage 2 League, others had an advantage with Championship points from previous tournaments.

How were the four slots for each region allocated?

Each region granted two direct slots to the teams that finished in the top two in that region’s Stage 2 Playoffs. These teams secured their Champions qualification by peaking at the end of the VCT regular season.

The remaining two slots per region were awarded to the top two teams in that region’s Championship Points ranking who hadn’t already qualified through Stage 2. Points were earned based on placements in Stages 1 and 2 and Masters events, rewarding season-long consistency and high performance across major tournaments.

Americas

G2 Esports showed dominant regional performances by winning Americas Kickoff, Stage 1, and Stage 2. Their deep international runs secured their place thanks to outstanding Circuit Points finishes.

Sentinels have always been in the global spotlight and continued their legacy of qualification by clinching key match wins throughout the season.

NRG emerged as North America’s wild card by peir way through Stage 2 to lock in their Paris slot. While MIBR were the top Brazilian team, outlasting the competition with a clutch finish in the regional rankings.

EMEA

Team Liquid are one of the European powerhouses that clinched their Paris spot despite having a rocky start on LAN, showing solid results throughout the year, and winning the VCT EMEA Stage 2.

After a dramatic lower bracket push in EMEA Stage 2, GIANTX made Champions as the runner-up of VCT EMEA Stage 2.

FNATIC are the only club to have attended every Champions, and they have again claimed their place with consistently high placements across all events. Thanks to their Team Heretics’ Esports World Cup win, they proved to be a staple of EMEA strength, bagging their qualification with consistent showings.

China

Bilibili Gaming are China’s rising esports star. They showcased enough grit and growth to secure their seat at VALORANT’s biggest event, and even won VCT China Stage 2. Dragon Ranger Gaming secured the second seed by being the runner-up of the tournament.

As the defending world champions, EDward Gaming qualified through Championship points. XLG Esports burst onto the international scene by leveraging a breakout year to make their debut at Champions.

Pacific

Paper Rex are having a strong 2025, emerging as the winners of the Masters Toronto and VCT Pacific Stage 2. RRQ, being the runner-up, got the second slot automatically.

T1’s circuit points consistency brought them to the pinnacle event. Despite struggles, DRX clinched their ticket in the season’s final moments, ensuring another shot at the world title.
