Each region granted two direct slots to the teams that finished in the top two in that region’s Stage 2 Playoffs. These teams secured their Champions qualification by peaking at the end of the VCT regular season.
The remaining two slots per region were awarded to the top two teams in that region’s Championship Points ranking who hadn’t already qualified through Stage 2. Points were earned based on placements in Stages 1 and 2 and Masters events, rewarding season-long consistency and high performance across major tournaments.
