Whether you want to get your first fishing rod and bait, or upgrade your rod and get even better bait which can help you catch the rarer fish, you’ll have to interact with the Fisherman NPC and the Angler NPC in Blox Fruits. All Fisherman NPC Locations in Blox Fruits
You have to talk to the Fisherman NPC if you want to start fishing in Blox Fruits. He will provide you with your first fishing rod and set you up with 10x Basic Bait. Once you run out of Basic Bait, talk to the Fisherman NPC again to buy more (1,000 Money for 10x Basic Bait). You can also sell your catch to the Fisherman in exchange for some cash. All Angler NPC Locations in Blox Fruits
The Angler NPC is where you can upgrade your fishing rods and purchase better bait to catch higher rarity fish. Once you have reached the required Mastery with the free Fishing Rod that the Fisherman NPC gave you, you can talk to the Angler NPC to upgrade your rod and craft better bait. However, you must complete the various quests he gives if you want the best fishing gear. You can find the Angler NPC in Blox Fruits at the following islands in every sea:

Blox Fruits FAQs
You increase Fishing Rod Mastery by catching more fish in Blox Fruits. Once you have achieved enough Mastery, talk to the Angler NPC and complete his quest to upgrade your rod.
There are three different fishing rods in Blox Fruits right now - Fishing Rod, Shell Rod, and Treasure Rod. You get the Fishing Rod from the Fisherman NPC. The other two rods are obtained by completing the different quests of the Angler NPC.
Fish are an important ingredient for crafting the new potions added to Blox Fruits. You can also sell fish for money and make the Fish Kebab, which will restore your HP.
