Alexandre Lacazette's light-hearted message for Arsenal team-mate Kieran Tierney after big win

It was quite a night for Arsenal's new left-back.

Kieran Tierney played the full 90 minutes of the 4-0 Europa League victory over Standard Liege and looked hugely impressive in the process.

It was only his second game for the club after playing in the 5-0 Carabao Cup victory over Nottingham Forest, and Tierney took to social media to express his gratitude to the fans.

He said: "Great night! Thanks again for all your support."

His post prompted a light-hearted response from Alexandre Lacazette who was quick to reply with a message that read: "Ahahah Wag1 fam".

The two players have forged quite a friendship since the Scotland international arrived in London, and this message looks like an inside joke between the pair.

Lacazette wasn't the only man impressed with Kieran Tierney's display.

Arsenal head coach, Unai Emery was quick to praise the defender post-match, saying: "Kieran after his injury is coming back with a good attitude.

"He played 80 minutes last week against Nottingham Forest with a good performance, tonight also I think we are a better competitive team with him and Sead Kolasinac in that left-back [position].

"Really we are happy with him."
