Budget supermarket Aldi has shoppers obsessed with its latest SpecialBuy item, which customers say is an “absolute steal”.
Aldi’s SpecialBuys often prove popular with shoppers, many of whom anxiously await Thursdays and Sundays to see what they’ll be able to get their hands on.
Recently, SpecialBuy products have included everything from hanging egg chairs to hot tubs - but this time, it's the retailer’s Dark Grey 7kg Weighted Blanket that shoppers are loving.

The Kirkton House blanket, which is priced at £29.99, is said to “aid sleep” and “have a calming effect”. The 7kg blanket is recommended for adult body weight of approximately 70kg.
The blanket has racked up many five star reviews on the Aldi website, with several shoppers praising it as “brilliant”.
Among the reviews, one shopper said: “Brilliant - just what I wanted. Very heavy, super relaxing. Fantastic product. Just what I wanted. Seems a bit too heavy the first couple of nights I had it on my bed, but you get used to it quick. Makes you feel safe and secure.”
A second wrote: “Fantastic. Great blanket, nice and heavy with the weight evenly distributed. Would recommend!”
