Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah reach custody, visitation and child support agreement for baby son

Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have reached a legal agreement over custody, visitation and child support for their son, according to reports.

The Scarface actor, 83, and film producer Alfallah, 29, welcomed baby Roman together on June 6 after first being romantically linked together in April 2022.

She sparked split reports after filing for full custody of Roman last month, but Pacino's representatives insist that "they are together".

Now, they have come to an agreement for the child, according to The Blast which has viewed legal docs and described the proceedings as amicable.

The Oscar-winning star was "expected to pay a generous amount" to Alfallah in child support, the outlet reported.

The Standard has contacted a representative for Pacino for comment.

Pacino is also dad to three grown up children from two previous relationships: he shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with Beverly D'Angelo and Julie Pacino, 34, with Jan Tarrant.

After news of Alfallah's pregnancy first broke in the summer, Pacino said he was "excited".

In a video obtained by the MailOnline,Pacino told a photographer that he was unfazed about being an older dad.

He said: “It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”

Pacino’s news came hot on the heels of his Heat co-star Robert De Niro announcing the birth of his seventh child at the age of 79.

The Taxi Driver actor and his partner Tiffany Chen welcomed their newborn daughter Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro, in April this year.

During an interview with Extra at the Tribeca Festival, De Niro was asked whether he would get together with Pacino and their “youngest kids” for playdates.

“Good question,” he replied, before adding: “Floor play.”
