AJMER: A woman slipped in Anasagar Lake on Friday. Police and an SDRF team rescued her and admitted her to JLN Hospital. Police said that they are investigating whether she slipped in the lake or jumped intentionally.
Investigating officer and head constable of Ganj police station Om Prakash said that police got the information that a woman had fallen in Anasagar Lake.
A team of police and SDRF (State Disaster Response Force) rushed to the spot and rescued her.
The woman was identified as Neha Maheshwari (27), a resident of Ramnagar. Police said that she was taken to JLN Hospital where her parents also reached. Police recorded the statement of the family and the woman.
