Air Force Two with Mike Pence onboard was forced to make an emergency landing after a suspected bird strike.

The plane carrying  the vice president was forced to return to a New Hampshire airport shortly after taking off for Washington D.C.

The vice president was leaving the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport when the jet hit a bird, according to CNN.

Pence was not hurt.

The vice president and his staff will now reportedly return to Washington D.C on a cargo plane.
