Affordable family homes for sale in Manchester as city centre experiences baby boom

Most people picture Manchester city centre as being riddled with students, millennials and young professionals who live in high rise new-build apartments. But new data has recently shown that a much younger generation is now at the heart of one of the fastest-growing populations in the city centre.

The proportion of children living across the city has soared over the last decade, according to the latest Census, which revealed a growth in the amount of kids aged five through to 14.

Despite contrary belief, many families are now flocking to live nearer to the centre of Manchester as the surge in younger residents continues to grow.
