Adrian Peterson adds another 100-yard game to his resume

Former Vikings running back Adrian Peterson added another 100-yard game to his resume on Sunday against the Dolphins, running for 118 yards on 23 carries in a 17-16 Redskins win.

It marked Peterson’s 55th career 100-yard game.

The 118 yards actually more than doubled Peterson’s yards on the season and he now has 226 yards a year after running for 1,042 yards.

Peterson, 34, ranks eighth on the league’s all-time rushing list with 13,544 yards. He’s 119 yards shy of passing Jerome Bettis for seventh.
