Adele has revealed she kept her relationship with Rich Paul a secret from everyone - including her friends - as she wanted to keep it to herself at first.
The songstress, 33, has been dating the sports agent since earlier this year, following her divorce from Simon Konecki.
But Adele, who shares son Angelo with her ex-husband, has now admitted her close pals "didn't believe" she was in a new relationship, as she had kept it quiet for so long.
"I didn't really tell many of my friends at the beginning because I wanted to keep it to myself," she told Rolling Stone Magazine. "None of them believed it!"

She previously told the publication that she met her boyfriend on a dance floor at a mutual friend's birthday party "years ago".
She explained to the publication that she doesn't remember which song they first danced to, but she reckons it was probably something by Drake because the DJ was playing too much of his material that night.
"I was like, 'You should play something else. I love Drake. But you should play something else'," Adele explained.

Adele soft-launched her beau onto her Instagram account back in September, when they went social media official in the shape of a sweet black and white photo from a photo booth at a party.
Elsewhere in the interview, Adele shared there was a particular moment where she finally felt "at peace" with her decision to be alone, following her split.
She said: "I remember going upstairs, and doing my face, and getting into bed. I felt quite hopeful. It was the first time I felt I'd had a really nice evening and I was OK being in the house and going to bed on my own.

"I was not excited, but I was looking forward to the next day."
In a recent shat with make-up guru Nikkie de Jager, Adele claimed that she'd changed a lot since splitting with her husband.
"Turned out I didn’t know myself before," she explained.
And she also added if she could ask herself any question it wouldn't be about her dramatic weight-loss, her new boyfriend or her divorce.
