AC Milan plan triple transfer raid on Chelsea as Hakim Ziyech linked with shock switch

Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech is being linked with a shock move away from Stamford Bridge just one season into his Blues career.

Ziyech joined Chelsea on a deal worth around £35million from Ajax last summer, and he did impress at times during his first term, managing six goals and four assists.

Though, the Moroccan only started 15 times in the Premier League, largely forced to make an impact from the bench in what is an ultra-competitive Chelsea squad.

The lack of starts is unlikely to impact Ziyech's future in the immediate term, but Italian giants AC Milan are reportedly paying no attention to that, being linked with a move for the attacking midfielder.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are preparing to launch a 'triple assault' for Chelsea stars, including Ziyech, who is under contract until 2025.

The report claims Milan are also keen on Olivier Giroud, who has just seen his contract extended by one year ahead of its expiry due to the Blues holding an option in the agreement.

Giroud could still be allowed to leave having seen reduced games this season under Thomas Tuchel, and Milan are relying on that particular possibility.

And the other player of interest is Fikayo Tomori, but that deal could well be a foregone conclusion with the Italian giants holding an option in the centre-back's loan deal.

Tomori spent the back-end of this season on loan at San Siro and AC Milan had already agreed an option to buy worth around £24m before snapping him up.

Reports from Italy claim they have already decided they will activate that option having been impressed by Tomori, but could the Blues academy product be joined by Giroud and Ziyech?
