Aberdeen v Hamilton handed new date following Covid breach call-off

Hamilton will face Aberdeen later this month after the infamous Covid call-off in August.

The SPFL have handed Accies a Tuesday night trip to Pittodrie on October 20 after the previous fixture on August 12 was axed.

This followed an incident in which two Aberdeen players tested positive for Covid-19, which then saw eight players forced into self-isolation.

The 'Aberdeen 8' incident caught the ire of the Scottish Government earlier this year but the fixture is now set to be replayed.
