A Hamilton yob who racially abused a man must do 120 hours of unpaid work within six months.
Stephen Reid, 29, of Hamilton Place, appeared at the town’s sheriff court this week.
He admitted shouting abuse and racist comments at Imran Rasul in Ten to Ten, Gateside Street, on August 14.
Reid also admitted shouting, swearing and making threats at the police station in Motherwell.
