A Black Man Posted Body Cam Footage Online After Being Stopped Several Times by Police. Now Officers Are Accusing Him of Harassment

A Black pizza delivery driver in Arkansas, who posted police body camera footage online to document what he calls targeted harassment, is now facing eight counts each of stalking and harassment—filed by the same officers who repeatedly pulled him over.

Christian Mobley began uploading his interactions with Jonesboro police officers after requesting body cam footage following a series of traffic stops and arrests dating back to June 2023, according to the Atlanta Black Star. In the first encounter, he was stopped for a broken brake light and refused a vehicle search.

Although no drugs were found, Mobley says the incident marked the beginning of ongoing targeting by local officers.

Between June 2023 and April 2025, Mobley was stopped or detained by police at least seven times while working as a delivery driver, often without receiving citations. In one instance, he was arrested after allegedly failing to signal properly—though video evidence suggests otherwise.

Frustrated, Mobley launched a YouTube channel and began posting body and dash cam footage. On April 8, a prominent channel, The Random Patriot, highlighted his encounters in a viral video that has since amassed more than 59,000 views.

One day after the video was published, Mobley was arrested at work on an active warrant for stalking and harassment. The charges were filed by eight Jonesboro officers, several of whom were featured in his videos.

Mobley spent eight hours in jail and is currently out on a $10,000 surety bond. He is now under a no-contact order barring interaction with those officers.

Mobley has raised over $11,000 on GoFundMe to fight what he describes as retaliatory charges.
