Toyota offer some of the most durable cars, so it’s not surprising to see the company dominating the list, with the Toyota Prius as the top hybrid model. It offers up to 57 miles per gallon and can seat up to five passengers. It has 23.8 cubic feet of cargo space.

2. Toyota Camry

  • Average list price: $35,210
  • Expected lifespan: 13.2
  • Price per year: $2,678

The Toyota Camry is the second pick and offers up to 51 miles per gallon combined. The hybrid battery is covered by a 10-year or 150,000-mile warranty. This mid-size sedan can seat up to five passengers and has 15.1 cubic feet in trunk space.

3. Honda Civic Hybrid
