Toyota Prius
Third place goes to the Toyota Prius. The Prius has a 12.2% chance of lasting 250,000 miles, which is 1.3 times the average hybrid vehicle. If you’re in the market for a long-lasting car, you can’t go wrong with the Toyota Prius.
Toyota Camry Hybrid
The Toyota Camry Hybrid is close behind the Prius, with a 10.2% chance of lasting 250,000 miles. This pencils out to 1.1 times the average hybrid. The Camry is another small vehicle that is built to last for years.
Toyota Avalon Hybrid
Next up, in fifth place, is the Toyota Avalon Hybrid. This Toyota model has a 9.7% chance of lasting 250,000 miles, which is one times the average. While the Avalon Hybrid might not have as high a percentage as the Highlander Hybrid, it is still a reliable hybrid.
Toyota RAV4 Hybrid
The overall hybrid’s average percentage of lasting 250,000 miles is 9.6%. The Toyota RAV4 Hybrid falls just short of this average at 7.9%. However, the RAV4 Hybrid has excellent customer reviews and a rigorous warranty program. With proper maintenance and upkeep, you have a great chance of driving this vehicle over 250,000 miles.
Lexus ES
The Lexus ES is in the same boat as the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, with a 7.5% chance of lasting 250,000 miles. While below the hybrid average, the Lexus ES ranks 12th overall for the longest-lasting passenger cars of 2025. By prioritizing maintenance and upkeep, you can extend the longevity of your Lexus ES.
