INDORE: Nine new cases of Covid-19 including five contacts of Army officers, who tested positive around ten days back, were reported on Sunday night.
Of them, four have been found in Military area of Mhow, one in Cantonment area, three on MYH campus and one in Pithampur. With this, the district Covid tally has increased to 1,51,731.
District Covid-19 nodal officer Dr Amit Malakar said, “nine new cases were detected in the district on Sunday night, including five from Cantonment area in Mhow.”
“All people are asymptomatic and have been isolated in Military Hospitals,” said Dr Malakar.
Around 44 Army officers undergoing training at Army War College, Mhow, had tested positive in a gap of three days from September 23 to 25.
