4 of OSU’s 2020 recruiting class won 7-on-7 championship at The Opening Finals

Four of Ohio State’s 2020 recruiting class put on a show at The Opening Finals’ 7-on-7 championship.

Players like Gee Scott, Jr. and Julian Fleming got to share the field for one of what should be numerous appearances, while other Ohio State commits were also present showing off their high-level talent.

Already familiar with winning, Fleming and Scott got to put on a show for scouts and team personnel at The Opening Finals, a combine-like showing help in Dallas, Texas.

In their 7-on-7 championship, Team Savage, backed by five-star recruit Julian Fleming and four-star recruit Gee Scott absolutely obliterated the competition.

This is something Buckeye fans should get used to seeing.

However, those weren’t the only two to put on a show throughout the week. Recently-committed cornerback recruit Clarke Phillips also put on a clinic.

Phillips III and OSU commit Cody Simon went at Fleming and Scott in the final, coming out on the losing end. This was a good competition for the commits and even better chance to show the players that haven’t committed what they could play with.

Kendall Milton is the player that’s looking on seeing the elite Ohio State talent. The five-star running back has narrowed down his schools and Ohio State is in that final list.

Could seeing this have swayed his vote?

All-in-all, this seemed like a great time for the young fellas!
