30-year-old victim named in Swansea manslaughter investigation

A woman found dead at a property in Swansea has been named by police,

Thirty-year-old Gemma Palmer's body was found at a house on Llangyfelach Road , Swansea at 8.15pm on Saturday, June 22.

Her family said they are "deeply saddened" by her death and that she will be missed.

A 49-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after her death.

He has now been released under investigation.

Police officers guard lane which leads to garages in Swansea

Police taped off a lane off Mysydd Terrace in Landore , which is to the rear of Llangyfelach Road whilst they carried out investigations.

An incident room has been set up at Cockett Police Station and enquiries to establish the circumstances of the death are ongoing.
