30 new confirmed cases in Tokyo, total surpasses 5,000

In Tokyo, 30 new cases of the novel coronavirus have been confirmed, marking the first time in five days since the daily total was over 30 and pushing the capital's total over 5,000 confirmed cases to 5,027.
