Hulu is a great streaming service for watching new movies. It regularly adds originals and classics to its library, and, because it's owned by Disney, it's the streaming home for new releases from several Disney-owned studios. In short, it's the perfect place to start building your next movie marathon.
This weekend, I have three movies recently added to Hulu that are a must-watch, including a pair of streaming original movies. First, there's "Sirāt," an Oscar-nominated Spanish-language film about a father and son searching for a missing family member among raves in the Moroccan desert. Then, there's "Pizza Movie," which stars "Stranger Things" star Gaten Matarazzo and "The Goldbergs" star Sean Giambrone as roommates who make a classic college mistake: getting way too high. Finally, sci-fi comedy "Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice" is one of the newest hit Hulu originals, and stars Vince Vaughn as a time-traveling criminal.

'Sirāt' (2025)
Genre: Spanish drama
What's it about? Luis (Sergi López) and his son, Esteban (Bruno Núñez Arjona), arrive at a rave in the southern Moroccan deserts, searching for Mar, Luis' daughter. Once they can't find her there, they must push deeper into the desert, in search of another rave she might be attending.
Why you need to watch it: This movie is all about the sound. Yes, there's a thrilling drama at the center; a chase across harsh conditions to find a missing daughter. But this movie is all about the sound. If you want a cinematic experience different from what's currently out in theaters, "Sirāt" is definitely it.

'Pizza Movie' (2026)
Genre: Stoner comedy
What's it about? Jack (Gaten Matarazzo) and Montgomery (Sean Giambrone) are college roommates, and one day, they decide to get high. The problem? They took a drug called "M.I.N.T.S.," and now they're on a bad trip. The only cure? Eat pizza. So now, they have to get pizza delivered to them by drone, and hilarity ensues.
Why you should watch it: The stoner comedy may seem simple and sophomoric ... and often, stoner comedies are. But I find that the genre also provides some of the best comedy movies out there. If you liked "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle" or "Pineapple Express," you'll probably have a good time with this movie.

'Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice' (2026)
Genre: Sci-fi action comedy
What's it about? Nick (Vince Vaughn) is married to Alice (Eiza Gonzalez). Alice is with Mike (James Marsden). Mike is a gangster who works for Nick. Unsurprisingly, that's going to be a problem, and Nick intends to frame Mike to take him from Alice. But a major wrench gets thrown in that plan when a future version of Nick comes back in time to stop himself.
Why you should watch it: Honestly, I'm game to watch just about anything with Vince Vaughn or James Marsden in it. So getting them in a movie together makes it definitely worth a watch. Thankfully, the reviews are mostly good.
