DALLAS — Three children and skeletal remains of another possible child were found inside an apartment in Harris County, Texas, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
Gonzalez said on Twitter Sunday afternoon that Harris County Sheriff deputies reported to an apartment in the 3500 block of Green Crest Drive, about 20 miles west of downtown Houston, and found the abandoned children and remains.
Deputies found the children — ages 15, 10 and 7 — while conducting a welfare check, according to KHOU 11.
The conditions of the children are unknown.
