CHANDIGARH/SHIMLA: The three northern states of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh recorded 259 fresh Covid-19 cases on Friday.
Punjab reported 23 cases and death due to the virus. No case was reported from 13 districts of the state. Haryana logged 12 cases and 12 recoveries during the day while its seven districts maintained Covid-free tag.
Himachal reported 224 positive cases, while 236 positive patients were declared recovered.
