LIMF festival 2022 has officially ended and it was definitely worth the two year wait.
The festival finally returned this weekend for the first time since 2019 and it was an absolutely amazing event. Despite the change in venue which is usually Sefton Park, music fans still turned up beaming and excited to dance the night away to some local talented artists.
Instead, LIMF this year was set across 25 different venues throughout the city including the M&S Bank Arena and Camp and Furnace. The move aims to re-energise and support the city's music sector which has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

On Sunday, we saw incredible performances from The Zutons, Red Rum Club, She Drew The Gun, Big Joanie, Blondes, Pixey, Fiona Lennon and many more. Our ECHO photographers snapped some amazing photos of the weekend which has truly been an unforgettable one.
