2026 Oscars After Party Tea, From Kris Jenner’s Interview Shade To Alix Earle’s Spicy Exit

The Oscars might pretend to be about cinema and legacy and the magic of storytelling, but everyone knows the real show kicks off once the credits roll and the doors at the Vanity Fair after party swing open. This year, the A‑list migrated from the Dolby Theatre to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where Vanity Fair hosted its annual blowout with a guest list that mashed together freshly minted winners, sports stars, fashion people and a few internet boyfriends for good measure.

Inside, cameras were technically meant to be scarce, but this is 2026, so of course half the night leaked via fan videos, TikToks and red‑carpet interviews. So let’s dive in to all the tea from this year’s Oscars after party.

Alix Earle dating rumours??

Influencer Alix Earle turned up to the Vanity Fair Oscars party and left in an SUV that immediately had the internet asking if she’d re-entered her NFL WAG era. The influencer was spotted leaving the bash at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art alongside Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, plus Stassi Karanikolaou and Tate McRae, in photos published by TMZ.

Burrow sat in the front seat with his hand over his face while the three women grinned in the back, which is exactly the kind of image that fuels three months of blind items.

Burrow’s last confirmed relationship was with model Olivia Ponton and has been sparking various dating rumours all off-season, including chatter about Jessica Alba that they’ve already had to knock down. For now, everyone seems to be officially “just hanging out”, but that has never stopped the internet in its life.

Jane Fonda’s question for the academy

First up, Jane Fonda turned the Vanity Fair carpet into a low-key press conference beloved actor Robert Redford who died last year at the age of 89.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she wanted to know why she wasn’t the one chosen to honour her longtime co-star during the In Memoriam segment. “I wanna know how come [Barbra] Streisand was up there doing that for Redford?” she said. “She only made one movie with him, I made four. I have more to say.”

IMO I don’t think she was actually dragging Barbra, more staking her own claim as someone who also loved Redford. Fonda went on to say she “was always in love” with him and called Redford “the most gorgeous human being and such great values”, adding that “he did a lot for movies, he really changed movies, lifted up independent movies”. Given they worked together on The ChaseBarefoot in the ParkThe Electric Horseman and Our Souls at Night, you can kind of see her point.

Hudson Williams hard launches his girlfriend

Hudson Williams used the Vanity Fair party to lock in a a hard-launch.

A month after publicly confirming his long-term relationship on Valentine’s Day, Williams hit the Vanity Fair carpet with girlfriend Katelyn Rose Larson for their first official red-carpet appearance together. The Heated Rivalry star swapped into a sheer black Balenciaga top with a train and black pants for the party, while Larson wore a black lace Bronx and Banco gown with bold cut-outs and green earrings that will be living on my vision board.

Michael B. Jordan’s extremely necessary detour

Finally, Best Actor winner Michael B. Jordan may have given us the most wholesome after party moment of the night.

After taking home the Oscar for his dual role in Sinners, he took his statue on a victory lap to In-N-Out for a late-night burger. Videos posted online show him still in his custom Louis Vuitton suit, holding his Oscar in one hand at the counter as staff hand over his food, while fans scream and crowd around for photos.

Jordan happily posed with fans and signed autographs before heading back out to continue his celebrations at the Vanity Fair party. This made me so happy because one thing about me is that I BE thinking about the food situation at award ceremonies.

Earlier in the night K-Pop Demonhunters star Rei Ami shared on her TikTok the snack situation at the Oscars and let me tell you it was abysmal! I’m glad Michael got a proper feed in before celebrating his win.

Did Kris Jenner shade Jake Shane and Quenlin Blackwell?

Over on the carpet Kris Jenner managed to do what she does best: turn a standard carpet chat into meme content within about three seconds. Speaking with red carpet hosts Quenlin Blackwell and Jake Shane, Kris straight up asked them, “How did you get this gig? I love it.” The pair laughed it off and immediately flipped into full stan mode, calling Kris “the original mother” and “the hardest working woman in Hollywood… of all time,” and telling her, “You created work. You created CEO”.

Although the interaction turned into a surprisingly wholesome little catch-up, viewers couldn’t help reading Kris’ opening line as gentle-shade at the social media influencers turned newbie hosts. People in the comments praised Quen and Jake for being themselves while agreeing that Kris was “asking the real questions”.

Anyway, that brings award season to an end! It’s been a wild ride and if you’re already feeling nostalgic for the glitz and glam if celebs vying of a shiny trophy, you can relive all the best moments from the Oscars HERE.
