2019 NFL Draft: Seahawks trade pick No. 30 to Giants

The Seattle Seahawks dealt their recently acquired first-round pick, No. 30 overall, to the New York Giants late Thursday night. In exchange, the Seahawks received picks in the second round (No. 37 overall), fourth round (No. 132) and fifth round (No. 142).

At No. 30, the Giants selected defensive back Deandre Baker out of Georgia.

Seattle originally traded down from No. 21 in order to acquire pick No. 30 and two fourth-round selections from the Packers. After taking defensive end L.J. Collier with the No. 29 pick, the Seahawks moved down once again, giving them eight picks to play with on the final two days of the draft.

Seattle now has one second-round pick, one third-round pick, four fourth-round picks and two fifth-round picks on Friday and Saturday.
