
Two women were injured Tuesay in a drive-by in Garfield Park on the West Side.
They were standing with a group of people about 9:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of West Congress Parkway when someone in a silver SUV fired shots, Chicago police said.
A 44-year-old was shot in the left leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. The other woman, 32, was taken to Stroger hospital with a gunshot wound to the foot. Both of their conditions were stabilized.
No one is in custody as Area North detectives investigate.
