The 35-year-old woman driving the Suburban was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said. The four passengers in the Suburban were not injured.

The 20-year-old woman driving the Lexus and her two passengers were not hurt, police said. She was issued citations for driving without insurance, driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
