10 new Covid cases in Bihar

Patna

PATNA: The state health department on Wednesday reported 10 new Covid-19 cases against 1,14,556 samples tested in the last 24 hours. In the same duration, 45 people have recovered and active cases came down to 126 in the state.

Of the total 10 new cases, three are from Samastipur and two Patna. Khagaria, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Saran and West Champaran had one case each and rest of the districts did not report any new cases. So far 8,30,321 people have been infected with the Covid, but 8,17,939 of them have recovered.

Meanwhile, over 12.14 crore doses of Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in the state so far, including over 6.66 crore first dose and over 8.05 lakh precautionary dose.
