Zorba Delicacies have recalled all their batches of houmous due to the possible presence of salmonella.
All batches with ‘use-by' dates up to 18 November 2019 are subject to recall, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) revealed.
It comes after numerous houmous products were pulled from supermarket shelves around the country last week.
A statement issued on Monday said: "Further to FSAI food alert 2019.44 and updates thereof, Zorba Delicacies Ltd has recalled all its houmous products due to detection of Salmonella in an ingredient.
"All the implicated products sold in Ireland are listed in the table below. All batches with ‘use-by' dates up to 18 November 2019 are subject to recall.
"Point-of-sale notices are displayed in affected stores advising customers not to consume the implicated products."
The list of affected products which were sold in Lidl, Aldi, Spar, Supervalu, Centra and Iceland can be found below.
Meanwhile, the FSAI also issued an alert about batches of brioche hot dog buns to highlight the presence of undeclared milk and gluten.
The affected products are La Boulangere Brioche Hot-Dog Buns with best before dates: 09/11/19, 23/11/19 and 30/11/19 and in a 270g pack size.
A notice stated: "Milk and cereals containing gluten were not declared in English on the label of the above batches of La Boulangere Brioche Hot-Dog Buns.
"This may make the batches unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of cereals containing gluten or milk."
