The new Auto Dialer is designed for high-volume outbound prospecting. It automates repetitive calling tasks with features like power and parallel dialing, local area code matching to boost pickup rates, and pre-recorded voicemail drops for unanswered calls. Besides, Sales reps can also book meetings, send emails, and log call data without switching apps, thanks to deep CRM integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Salesloft.
Sales teams can waste hours on repetitive tasks and disconnected tools, in a field where every second counts, Zoom is helping teams make the most of their time.

Along with the new Auto Dialer, Zoom is also improving ZRA with three new features: territory-based organisation for cleaner team handoffs and sharper forecasting, AI-powered analysis of in-person meetings via a new mobile voice recorder, and customisable AI-generated briefs that plug directly into CRMs.
That’s it for now from Zoom. With these updates, it’s clear the company is positioning itself as an all-in-one sales platform. For the next update straight to your phone, join us on WhatsApp, where we share the latest AI news, reviews, listicles, and more.
