Zoho has expanded the capabilities of the Zoho One Suite. It now includes Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which allows businesses to automate repetitive tasks across cloud and on-premise systems. The new addition is designed to help users reduce manual work, reduce errors, and save time by using software bots that mimic human actions.
RPA technology can automate everyday tasks like data entry, invoice generation, and basic system navigation. The best part about RPA is that it is now bundled with the Zoho One ecosystem, which already includes over 50 business applications.
What Zoho RPA Offers?

The new RPA tools allow automation on both Windows and web applications. Businesses can set up workflows that perform tasks like data extraction and calculations without needing human intervention.
One key feature is screen recording, which captures user actions and replicates them to automate processes. This feature is available on Windows and can also work on Mac systems, but for that, you will need a Windows agent.
Furthermore, the RPA also supports integration between cloud-based and on-premise applications, which addresses a common challenge for businesses using legacy software along with newer tools.
Example Use Cases
The company has also shared a couple of use cases where an HR manager can automate employee onboarding by recording the task of entering data from a spreadsheet into an HR system. The bot then repeats the process for all remaining employees, which eliminates the need for manual entry.
Another example involves automating procurement. When a request is submitted via Zoho Creator, the RPA bot pulls price quotes from vendor websites, helping the user compare and select the best option.
Why Does It Matter?
RPA is already available to all Zoho One users. With this integration, the company is targeting businesses looking to reduce manual work without switching platforms. Since Zoho One already provides a range of business apps under one subscription, the integration of RPA may appeal to companies looking for an all-in-one solution.
That’s not all. The company is also expanding its no-code and low-code capabilities. Recently, Zoho launched 10 new AI-driven features to its low-code app development platform, Zoho Creator. These features aim to make app creation even faster and simpler for users of all skill levels.
