Zoe Ball's son Woody cringes on Celebrity Gogglebox after revealing what she found in his bin

Zoe Ball's son Woody Cook was left cringing and hiding behind a cushion after his mum made possibly the worst of all confessions on TV. On Friday night's episode of the new series of Celebrity Gogglebox, Woody concealed his face with a cushion after Zoe revealed what she had seen in his bin when he was younger.

During this week's Gogglebox, the celebrities watched a recent episode of Steph's Packed Lunch. And during a segment about safe sex, Zoe expressed her delight at seeing a condom in his bin for the first time. She said about her no 22-year-old son: "The first time I saw a condom in your bin, I thought my boy is a man."

And despite Woody screaming out, which was muffled by a cushion, Zoe carried on very seriously, by saying: "I was proud of you."

Shock revelations were reversed this time for the celebrity mother and son. In 2020, when the beloved duo featured on the popular Channel 4 show, Zoe expressed her outrage at son Woody after he admitted that he went to the beach despite the pandemic.

Regular viewers were ecstatic to see the two return for another series. Woody, a DJ, has made a name for himself off during the early stages of his career, headlining everywhere from Glastonbury to Ibiza.

But while he's no stranger to radio stations and recording studios, Woody previously told the Mirror he didn't see himself following in Zoe's footsteps on BBC Radio 2.

This year's Celebrity Gogglebox also featured the likes of Mo Gilligan, Jon Richardson, Gyles Brandreth, Melanie C and NDubz. They kept viewers entertained with their quick-witted comments on shows including Is It Cake, Too?, Hijack and Dr. Pimple Popper.
