Zoe Ball leaves son Woody cringing as she reveals on Gogglebox what she found in his bin

Zoe Ball and son Woody Cook had an awkward mother and son moment when they appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox on Friday night.

The pair were filmed watching a safe sex segment on Steph’s Packed Lunch when Zoe made a shocking confession.

Recalling finding a used condom in Woody’s bin, the TV and radio host said she was “proud” the 22-year-old was using contraception.

“I remember when I found the first condom in your bin and thinking, ‘My boy’s a safe boy’ and I was proud of you,” she told him.

Son Woody, who Zoe shares with ex-husband Norman ‘Fatboy Slim’ Cook, looked mortified as he covered his bushing face with a cushion.

Other stars of the show were left gobsmacked when Steph revealed that many men unwittingly choose condoms that are too small for them.

Her expert guest then proceeded to help those at home work out how to measure their manhood – but it all sounded a bit complicated.

“So I’ve got my c*** out and I’m supposed to have a measuring tape?” Roman Kemp, who stars on the show with his famous dad Martin, asked.

While Happy Mondays star Shaun Ryder joked: “You’ll need an A level to get pack of condoms.”

Fans took to Twitter to give their verdict on the segment with one saying: “Lolz! ‘you’ll need an A level to get a pack of condoms #celebritygogglebox.”

“Love #CelebrityGogglebox So funny with the condoms,” another commented.

A third mused: “Catching up on #CelebrityGogglebox and do guys honestly measure the girth of their penis and multiply it by 4.5 to buy a condom? Surely there’s an easier way?”

While a fourth joked: “Condom Fitting Rooms #Googlebox #CelebrityGogglebox.”

With a mum as a radio star and Fatboy Slim for a dad, it’s no surprise Woody has followed his famous parents into the music business.

He has made a name for himself working as a DJ and played sets everywhere, from Ibiza to Glastonbury.

Woody, who recently revealed he is bisexual, has also been signed as a model – but he told the Mirror he has no plans to follow his mum into radio.

He said: "No, no, my music style is a bit different, I couldn't play the stuff they play on primetime slots, not to be rude to anyone who enjoys it, it's not my kind of music.

"I feel like I'd go slightly nuts if I had to listen to the same pop stuff that you get a lot of the time there. When I was a kid, I used to listen to Terry Wogan on BBC Radio 2 on the way to school.

"I'm not in enough on celeb culture, everyone is always talking about what Harry is up to, both the Prince and the Styles – it's not my kind of scene."
