Zoe Ball and Fatboy Slim's son Woody Cook leads Attitude Awards glam in striking dress

By Katie Wilson

Zoe Ball and Fatboy Slim’s son Woody Cook stole the show at last night's Attitude Awards by turning up in a stunning full-length ball gown.

The 20-year-old looked amazing in a black and white corset dress which was scrawled with graffiti.

He accessorised his glamorous look with a black tote handbag and white trainers which just poked out from the bottom of his outfit.

As he left the magazine awards, which celebrate the best of the global LGBTQ community, Woody struck a number of poses as he joked around in front of photographers.

In one snap taken outside Camden’s Roundhouse he gave a salute as he clutched on to his goodie bag from the awards.

Another shot showed Woody gesturing to his gown as other awards-goers looked on.

Woody came out as bisexual when he was 18 in an interview with Boys By Girls magazine.

Recalling the moment he told his radio and TV presenter mum Zoe, Woody said: “Her first reaction was: “You can’t be, you like girls?”

At the time Woody had only dated girls, but revealed he had known he was bisexual since he was 15.

“Some people assume it’s an in-between before you are gay. But really, it’s a thing on its own,” he explained.

Woody said he got mum Zoe, who presents the breakfast show on BBC Radio 2, to look back at her group of friends – and she realised she knew more bisexual people than she thought.

Viewers will best know Woody for appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox with mum Zoe (Channel 4)

Woody was signed as a model as a teenager, but has since appeared on a number of reality TV shows.

Viewers may recognise him most from Celebrity Gogglebox, which he starred in alongside his mum Zoe in 2020.

But he actually made his TV debut in 2019 when he appeared on The Circle, a game based reality show on channel 4 presented by Emma Willis.

He decided not to mention his famous parents until a few weeks in, as he said he wanted people to get to know him and not judge him based on who his family were.

In the end, Woody came fifth in the show - but it seems he has a taste for a career in showbiz.

Earlier this year he said he would consider appearing on Strictly Come Dancing if he was asked to. His mum Zoe previously presented Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two.

Woody has also expressed interest in following his father’s footsteps into the world of DJing.

The one thing his parents really don’t want him to do though is ever appear on Love Island.

Speaking about his son’s appearances on reality TV, dad Norman told The Mirror : “We spent all our lives trying to keep him out of the limelight and trying to protect him.

“Then the first chance he dives straight into that whole maelstrom that we tried to protect him from, but I suppose it's in his genes.

He jokingly added: "We would disown him if he does Love Island."
