Zip World is opening a new attraction at its Penrhyn Quarry site and it is perfect if you don't want to face travelling on a zip line alone.
The Quarry Flyer is 200 metres long and can hold two people, so you can go zooming at the same time making it a brilliant way for parents and children, couples and best friends to enjoy time together.
This new attraction, near Bethesda - which comes just months after a South Wales zipline opened in Rhondda - is currently being built but is available to book onto from Saturday, July 24.

The zip line is split into two, starting at the Adventure Terminal, stopping off at the Tower, has an elevation drop of 10 meters and provides amazing views of the Penrhyn Quarry and lake.
At the same site as Velocity 2, the world's fastest zip line, the Quarry Flyer provides the perfect alternative for children and those who do not fancy the dizzying speeds of the world's fastest zip line.

The description says: "Over the 200 metres of zip line there’s an elevation drop of ten metres that lets you pick up plenty of speed, while with two parallel lines side-by-side, it’s a perfect adventure for siblings, couples or best friends to take on together!"
The Penrhyn Quarry site also has Quarry Kart Adventures and the Blondin Restaurant.
