Real Madrid have confirmed Zinedine Zidane has left their pre-season training camp in Montreal.
The Frenchman and his players are in Montreal as they step up their preparations for the new season.
But Real have confirmed Zidane has departed for 'personal reasons' with the sessions set to be led by his No.2 David Bettoni.
Los Blancos are in Canada for their training camp before they take part in the International Champions Cup this summer.
Real are set to face Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid before the end of the month and will also take on Tottenham in the Audi Cup.
Zidane returned to the Bernabeu in March after announcing his departure in the summer of 2018.
That was on the back of a third Champions League success in a row but last season was a very disappointing one.
Zidane has brought in several new faces already this summer as he revamps his squad with Eden Hazard the big-name arrival from Chelsea.
Real have also snapped up Ferland Mendy, Eder Militao, Rodrygo and Luka Jovic this sumer.
The likes of Dani Ceballos and Mariano Lopez could depart the club but Gareth Bale looks set to stay and fight for his future.
Zidane was ready to listen to offers for the Welshman, who had attracted interest from China.
But he has no plans to quit the Bernabeue and wants to stay and work his way back into Zidane's plans.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed Real will open their La Liga campaign at Celta Vigo on August 17.
