Zinedine Zidane cast further doubt on Gareth Bale's Real Madrid future after leaving him out for tactical reasons in the 3-1 defeat by Real Sociedad.
The Wales international's future has been the subject of much speculation in recent months as he has fallen down the pecking order at the Bernabeu.
Bale has suffered with injuries throughout his Real Madrid tenure, but Zidane confirmed he was fit to play on Sunday.
"It's clear what I've done this weekend," said Zidane, when asked why he dropped Bale. "We'll see what I do next week and what happens next year. He's fine physically."

Former Manchester City youngster Brahim Diaz, who played in place of Bale, got on the scoresheet in this weekend's defeat.
Zidane said: "Brahim played well. He's young and interesting. We'll see what we're going to do, but for the moment he's had some minutes and he's done well during them.

"I really liked the start of the game. We scored, then VAR took four or five minutes to disallow their goal. Then they scored.
