There have been no new coronavirus deaths recorded in Leeds hospitals over the last 48 hours.
Yesterday also saw no deaths recorded in the city, however it is important to note that there is often a weekend delay on the recording of deaths.
This means that there may well have been deaths that have not yet been recorded by the hospital trusts.
Across Yorkshire there has been one further coronavirus death recorded in over the last 24 hours.
Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was the only trust in Yorkshire to record a death in the last day.
Across England there have been a further 20 deaths recorded over the last 24 hours.
This brings the total number of confirmed reported deaths in English hospitals to 28,338.
Patients were aged between 55 and 98 years old. All patients had underlying health conditions and their families have been informed.
