Zero-hours contracts are hitting the headlines and sparking much debate. So, we took to Twitter to ask our community about what they really think of them.
Recent data from the Office of National Statistics (ONS) found the number of jobs in the UK being offered on this type of contract is a huge 1.4m – far higher than expected.
It's been argued that they breach employee rights and leave them powerless to demand simple things such as pensions and holiday. But, perhaps that isn't the whole story – as you have showed us, there can be positive sides too.
